Ergonomic

 

ERGO BEAR is an ergonomically correct mixer. There is no lifting involved. The bowl with ingredients is wheeled direct into the mixer. The mixer tool is mounted at a good working height before the servo motor raises the bowl to its working position. ERGO BEAR is available in 60, 100 and 140 L.

Highly advanced industrial mixer, designed so that the bowl and tools can be changed in the most ergonomic way possible, resulting in greater production capacity.

 

Supplied with a 60 L bowl along with a whip with stainless steel wires and a beater in aluminium (food grade).

 

The hygiene of the new mixer is first class.
