The standard 40 and 60 L BEAR mixers are also available in a special pizza version with a more powerful motor.
The pizza version also comes with a double bayonet lock made of high-strength steel. The bowl lowering mechanism has oil damping for ergonomic reasons.

AR40 Pizza - NEW
Floor mixer with 40 L (40/20 L) bowl and impact-resistant surface. The AR40 Pizza is always on hand to help, be it with kneading, stirring or whipping. The AR40 Pizza has a more powerful motor which enables the machine to mix up to 32 kg yeast dough (50%) compared to the 22 kg handled by the standard version.


AR60 Pizza - NEW
Floor mixer with 60 L (60/30 L) bowl and impact-resistant surface. The AR60 Pizza is always on hand to help, be it with kneading, stirring or whipping. The AR60 Pizza has a more powerful motor which enables the machine to mix up to 46 kg yeast dough (50%) compared to the 34 kg handled by the standard version. Read more...
