• Stainless steel as standard


• Everything on the 10 L BEAR Varimixer RN10 is stainless steel. This includes the three tools; the beater, the whip and the hook. Not only does this mean the machine is corrosion resistant, it also ensures the highest possible standards of hygiene.

• Motor now stronger and faster


• With its new motor, the RN10 is even stronger and its top speed even higher. The powerful motor means the machine excels when it comes to mixing dough - it easily copes with 4.5 kg dough with a moisture content of 50%. As an added bonus, the motor of the RN10 is extremely quiet – a definite advantage for the working environment.

• Protected against overloading


• The motor of the RN10 is fitted with a frequency converter which ensures the machine switches off in the event of overloading. This reduces the number of production shutdowns and protects the motor against overloading.

• No risk of oil spills



• All BEAR mixers are belt driven and does not require any gear box oil, like gear driven mixers. Consequently you will not have any oil spill in a BEAR mixer!

• Advanced electronic control panel


• The electronic Vari-Logic control panel allows you to choose between the unique variable speed system or one of the four fixed speed programs which can all be adjusted as required. The built-in REMIX™ function can be used to store up to four individual programs with different time and speed settings.
  The Vari-Logic control panel also features an electronic 60-minute timer and a pause function which can be used when inspecting the contents of the bowl.

• Variable speed system


• The variable speed system is one of the great advantages of all BEAR Varimixers. The system allows the speed to be regulated precisely in accordance with the task at hand.

• Bowl lift on right or left


• The bowl lift can be placed on the right or left side of the RN10 as required. This means the machine is easy to position – even close up against a wall on one side or the other of a room.

• Smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces


• There are no joins or openings on the smooth, even surfaces of the RN10. The stainless steel surfaces of the machine body are corrosion-resistant and therefore simple and quick to clean, thereby ensuring the highest possible standards of hygiene.

• Dishwasher safe accessories


• Needless to say, the stainless steel bowl along with the stainless steel whip, scraper and hook are all dishwasher safe. This simplifies the daily cleaning of the equipment and helps to maintain good hygiene standards.

• Effective scraper


• The scraper physically scrapes the sides of the bowl and makes manual scraping unnecessary. This increases the utilisation of ingredients by providing greater volume and reducing the mixing time. The stainless steel scraper is a patented design. The nylon scraper blade can be fitted on the scraper without the use of tools. The RN10 is as standard equipped with the holder for the scraper tool. The scraper tool and blade are optional extras.

• Table model or floor model


• The RN10 is available in a table model or a floor model with the following standard equipment: stainless steel 10 L bowl and three stainless steel tools - a hook, a whip and a beater.

• A very special hook


• The solid stainless steel hook is designed to constantly work the dough downward into the bowl. This kneading process keeps the dough together and ensures it remains even and supple.

• Ready for other functions


• The RN10 can be supplied with one of two different sizes of attachment drive: 1) Attachment drive for 5 L - for meat mincer 62 mm and vegetable cutter 3VC. Both the meat mincer and the vegetable cutter are made of stainless steel. 2) Attachment drive for 10 L - for meat mincer 70 mm and vegetable cutter GR10.

• The machine can be fastened to the floor/deck or a table, and is therefore safe for use on board ships.
